JOB PURPOSETo develop and configure internal business applications for Opal and to provide on-going support for these systems. Implement the IS strategy throughout Opal Support Opal's current and future IS systems and their development. Ensure customer satisfaction in all aspects of the role.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESTo design, develop and configure software for the business following the QA procedures The operational support of the Opal & CPW applications including problem resolution, performance monitoring and 3rd party management (where applicable). The job holder will also be responsible for dealing with issues relating to enterprise deployments, such as performance enhancements, bottleneck issues and multi server architecture.
