As an Area Manager, you will support and guide tenants and monitor their agreement with the company. You will be responsible for maximising the profitability of each unit by building & maintaining a sound relationship with the tenant. Running a region of 55 pubs you will help each individual retailer form a coherent business plan for the coming 12 months and beyond - understanding the local market
Requirements: P&L control, visual merchandising and recruitment experience to the table. This role requires a shrewd, commercially astute individual who can "sell ideas", read situations and give frank commercial advice.
