Requirements: QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in Business, Masters degree preferred. Minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience in global manufacturing companies with increasing responsibilities in multi-sites and multi-countries. Extensive knowledge and proven application of; recruiting, compensation and benefits, employee relations, Works Councils, unions, organizational re-design, leadership coaching, communication, training and development, legal issues, work flow processes, safety and ISO. Excellent communicator with a clear sense of urgency. Professional written, oral and presentation skills. Fluent in English and at least one other European language (ideally German and/or French) Change leader, coach, decisive, creative with excellent analytical and negotiation skills. Adept at conflict resolution, influential with excellent teamwork skills Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, satisfying multiple customers in strong partnership with senior leadership team. Outstanding team player. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to foster positive attitudes toward Company goals; build high commitment. Meet commitments with highest standards of ethics and integrity. Knowledge and experience with business processes, work flows, lean manufacturing systems. Development skills - identifying and evaluating talent, understanding organizational requirements, skill gaps and ability to develop skills and capabilities. Success in coaching, mentoring, and developing direct or matrix line reports. Ability to diagnose and provide template for aligning HR roles, structure, and competencies. Current knowledge and effective application of global employment laws in the US, EMEA and APAC. Proven skills in planning and administration; well-organized and systematic in approach to work responsibilities. Proficient in Microsoft applications and an HRIS system.
