Mobile National role We need you to provide a strong focus for training issues across specialist sector activities. It's a challenging role that will see you work with employer federations, as well as the National Training Forums, to develop effective strategies. While experience of training or construction (ideally within Civil Engineering, a Plant-related occupation or as a Building Specialist) is essential, you should also bring excellent communication and influencing skills, a commercially focused approach and a good knowledge of the full range of industry registration schemes. The ability to travel throughout the country and make occasional overnight stops is a must too. Appointment to this position will depend upon successful completion of aptitude tests and psychometric assessments.
