We are a small privately owned Hotel situated on Holy Island. This is a tidal Island that is connected to the mainland by a causeway which is open for approx. 14 hours every day.We have an opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic person to act as duty manager, to assist and deputise for our manager when required, working hands on in all aspects of the business.This position is a permanent live-in position that would suit a couple as we also have a vacancy for a head chef.
