Targeting the needs of each individual and providing administrative support to the Senior Engineer and Repairs Engineers in order to contribute to the efficiency of the repairs operations in store.To carry out daily taks under the instruction of the Senior Mobile Phone Repair Technician, logging customer handset repairs into the system, booking in all handset repairs, and completing all administration for a customer to collect their completed repair.You will be required to bring with you to interveiw details to show that you are eligible to work in the UK, proof of residence/address and a completed application form which will be sent to you if you are invited for an interview. Responsibilities To accurately enter customer details regarding their repairs with 100% accuracy. To assist in regular Repairs audits and parts audits on repair stock and exchange stock to ensure all CPW stock is treated with equal importance.To process documentation for receipt and returns of mobile phones ensuring 100% accuracy. To maintain consistently high standards of customer satisfactionMaintain internal and external market and product awareness such as CPW and competitor promotions. To professionally communicate with both customers and colleagues in accordance with the Company's 5-findamental rulesDevelop and manage relationships with external suppliers i.e. NMS/City Link/Motorola/TRS to resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient mannerDevelop and manage relationships with CPW departments i.e. customer care repairs / support line to resolve repairs issues in a timely and efficient mannerTo maintain a high level of product knowledge across all product categories, using all available means of information and learningEnsure that all CPW cash and property is sufficiently secured e.g. ensuring stock is booked on correctly and returned to the stock room. Keep personal passwords, pin numbers and any other access codes such as; alarm codes, safe and stock room access secure and confidentialCo-operate with car/bag searches as and when required in line with Search policy. To keep up to date with new policies and procedures, using all available means of information. To ensure that personal conduct is in accordance with the CPW employee handbookTake initiative to follow through any repairs procedures and company policy. The candidate for the role will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast moving environment. The role will involve working closely with the Demand Planner to understand allocation requirements, suppliers to manage the intake volumes and scheduling, and with the warehouse team to ensure requirements can be met.
