We are also developing a substantial second phase project following the success of our Southend Campus. Our annual turnover is approaching £40m and we remain Financial Category A.Student Liaison and Every Child Matters (ECM) Co-ordinators circa £15,000 Supporting the development of our exciting new provision in Thurrock, this advisory and facilitation post will co-ordinate the delivery of information, advice and guidance and a wide range of activities/services to engage and support learners in education and provide opportunities for personal and skills development to complement the requirements of the ECM agenda. Working in Thurrock and supporting existing provision in Southend, the successful candidate will work to deliver impartial IAG to prospective and enrolled learners, be proactive in liaison within the community, co-ordinate awareness-raising events and have the ability to devise and deliver group work. This role will require an innovative and proactive approach as well as strong administrative and organisation skills.
