The individual will have excellent troubleshooting skills across a wide range of platforms, applications and technologies. Having a demonstrably strong technical background, he/she will need to quickly become conversant with the technologies and platforms already in use and to contribute to the development of new systems. Responsibilities - Take a role in representing Operations Support in the development and support of web-based and proprietary products. - Provide support input into the development lifecycle such that known support issues or potential support issues are highlighted. - Work within the Operations Support team to ensure the timely resolution of tickets assigned to the team and minimise member impact.
