Job Description Our public sector client requires a Scheduler for a 10 week contract. The role will involve receiving work from the 1st and 2nd Line Service Desk, organising it and prioritising the workload for the IT Engineers. Attributes required for this role include being able to work under pressure and adapt to constantly changing priorities and deadlines while also having some technical knowledge of IT jobs in order to understand the requests being made.
