EPC / DEC SURVEYORS required by our Client in Hertfordshire to be involved in Housing Association projects. Your role shall be to carry out site audits, collecting the necessary data, preparing site drawings in order... to calculate the buildings asset & operational ratings for energy management, and inputting the data using standard modelling software (SBEM) to produce EPCs & DECs. Salary competitive but dependent on experience.
