rota shift 4 off

.  Report and Shift   The position is based on a rolling rota of 4 days on and 4 days off followed by 4 nights on and 4 nights off, each shift will be 12hrs from 7 till 7 and reporting to the SMC Supervisor. This will include weekends and bank holidays dependant upon the shift rota you are placed on. 
Requirements: Core Competencies, Job Skills and Knowledge required:   The ability to work unsupervised and to be able to prioritise workload.     Drive and enthusiasm to achieve and exceed personal and team objectives.     Excellent communication, Interpersonal and listening skills.     Previous experience within a control room environment would be an advantage.     Good computer skills are essential (eg Word, Excel & Outlook). Training on the use of other bespoke computer systems will be provided.     General level of education including Maths and English    Accountabilities and responsibilities that fall within this role are described below:   To maintain a high level of security across the companies estate and ensure that staff and contractors operate within the bounds of Security and health & safety standards.     To work on your own initiative and as part of the security management team.
