Contract: Industry sectors:Accountancy Job Description This is a fantastic opportunity to join TTD, part of the Carphone Warehouse Group. As an innovative company, our core business lies in telecoms and billing and we are now looking to recruit a Revenue Assurance Analyst. As a key member of the Operations Department, you will be responsible for ensuring that any risk of revenue loss both through undercharging customers or being overcharged by suppliers is monitored and managed effectively. This will be across multiple operational locations and with both residential and business customers.You will be responsible for monitoring and reconciling call and other telephony traffic through all systems as well as implementing enhancements and alterations to processes to ensure all risks are managed.Previous experience in business analysis, internal audits or a similar role is ideal but not essential. If you have a logical approach to problem identification and resolution and an ability to deliver high quality work in a fast moving operational environment this could be the job for you. You will have exemplarycommunication skills and have the ability to understand the bigger picture whilst working at a detailed level.
