project manager elearning lms

Experience elearning Project Manager with 5 years experience of working in large complex and geographically dispersed environments. Must have experience on national content hosting of elearning, understanding of elearning standards - SCORM etc - able to advise the technical workstream within suppliers and run workshops on reporting etc. Experience of managing third party suppliers, experience of deploying an Oracle LMS as a core management tool in a programme of change.
