Contract: Industry sectors:Customer Service & Call Centre Job Description Purpose of the roleThe purpose of the role is to process all orders emanating from the e-commerce channels, to offer a first class customer focused service to all online customers and to deal with all aspects of administration for the Direct Sales department. The consultant will also deal with customers wishing to return Carephone Warehouse products, by offering the most suitable packages or products to encourage them to stay with Carphone Warehouse. Key Responsibilities1. ORDER PROCESSING / CUSTOMER SERVICETo process all orders in all areas that are received by 8pm each day to ensure next working day delivery for every customer. This may involve calling customers and/or responding promptly to emails to resolve problem orders.To keep up to date with all current promotions, whilst maintaining impartiality and integrity.To ensure consistently high standards of customer satisfaction is achieved in every order processed.Exceed targets set in all current Key Performance Indicators (KPI), for example all orders cleared everyday, backorders are less then a certain amount, open/problem orders are manageable and others that will be highlighted by your ManagerTo keep up to date with all current procedures and processes relating to customer orders notwithstanding PIE.To maintain a high level of product knowledge across all product categories, using all available means of information and learning.To continuously evolve existing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of the team.To use a diagnostic approach to ascertain why the customer wants to leave the network / return the product.PROCEDURES AND ADMINISTRATI0NTo keep up to date with new policies and procedures, using all available means of information.To ensure that personal conduct is in accordance with the Carphone Warehouse employee handbook.GENERAL DUTIESTo have an interest in the e-commerce arena and feedback any personal or customer comments regarding the e-commerce channels back to the relevant business teamTo ensure the work area is kept clean, tidy and presentable at all timesTo take responsibility for personal development, learning and performance levelsTo work consistently to the highest standards possiblePERSON SPECIFICATION Customer service / sales experience5 GCSE's including Maths and EnglishConfident, enthusiastic, goal focused, friendly, team player honest , professional, exceed customer expectations, commitment to learning & developmentAvailable to work weekends Salary - £16,305 + £2,560 Bonus (Pro Rata)Hours - Saturday 9am - 6pm, Sunday 11am - 5pm More details from recruiter's websiteMore jobs from this recruiterSend to a friendSave this jobPrint this page©2008 fish4 trading ltd.
