The consultant will also deal with customers wishing to return Carephone Warehouse products, by offering the most suitable packages or products to encourage them to stay with Carphone Warehouse. Key Responsibilities1. ORDER PROCESSING / CUSTOMER SERVICETo process all orders in all areas that are received by 8pm each day to ensure next working day delivery for every customer.
