Contract: Industry sectors:Marketing, PR & Advertising Job Description This role will be to apply analysis, modelling and segmentation as required. You will be responsible for leading the construction of project documentation/presentations · Monitor and provide insight to the DM team by analysing campaigns · To develop pro-active and innovative analysis including building predictive models which can be used as the foundation for incremental improvements in sales, increasing the revenue per customer and reducing churn Requirements You will also be required to to co-ordinate and provide accurate and timely information and reports. You will need to work with internal DM team to maximise the benefits to be gained from current data and information. ·You will work with the CRM and Direct Marketing Teams to develop leading edge marketing programmes. · You will have the ability to communicate insights and analytic findings clearly to internal customers. · Written materials and presentations are well-structured, accurate, professional and complete. · Can explain simple ideas related to a topic unfamiliar to the audience. Responsibilities Further responsiblities for this role will include Producing well documented, efficient programs using SAS. Can program quickly with a minimum of errors. Can review the programming of others. Manipulating Data using SAS Functions , Arrays Base SAS data step programming, Base SAS procedures Manipulating SAS Datasets and creating statistical output Creating reports and tables and presenting results using PROC PRINT, PROC MEANS, PROC FORMAT Data archiving and comparing Exporting tables to Excel and Word for further work at Preparing documentations Alterian DDV3 knowledge would be beneficial but not essential The Individual Ideal candidates need to have a good understanding of data quality issues, core data processing procedures, maintenance issues. You need to be someone who enjoys getting to the bottom of a problem with data or figuring out how best to present potentially complex information to a non-technical audience. You will have vast experience in extracting information from customer level data using statistical analysis.
