Contract: Industry sectors:Customer Service & Call Centre Job Description Overall Purpose of Role:To provide an effective and efficient administration service to TTB's new business customers' connections, with a focus on accuracy.Ensuring that SLA's are met in regard to connection times, and investigating any issues arising during the process - liaising with Sales and Internal departments where requiredEnsuring that all customers are kept up-to-date with any issues in a professional and customer service orientated manner Responsibilities Resolving any issues that occur during the connection of new customers to Talk Talk Business within set SLA'sChecking the details of all received sales documents are correct, and ensuring that they'reinput into Dise when required within set SLA's and accuratelyUsing the TTB software, checking that the connection has been implemented and activated accurately and properlyIn the event of an issue arising, keeping the customer regularly updated as to progress, and liaising with the relevant bodies (e.g. BT, Sales and Internal Departments) to ensure swift resolution and activation of the account The Individual Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and Email software - full training on other IT packages can be givenGood eye for detail and meticulous approach to accuracyStrong communication skills and a confident and professional telephone mannerOrganised and methodical in their approachAn investigative nature and the ability to identify potential issuesKnowledge and understanding of the Telecoms industry advantageousRegular contact with customers in the event of an issue arising during the connection processLiaising with BT, Sales and Internal departments where necessaryWorking closely with other members of the Connections Team More details from recruiter's websiteMore jobs from this recruiterSend to a friendSave this jobPrint this page©2008 fish4 trading ltd.
