Strong IT skills are essential, in particular an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. First class organisational and communication abilities. First class client relationship management skills. Proven ability to manage multiple and sometimes conflicting demands. Ability to co-ordinate activity amongst individual client teams and effectively manage upwards by providing timely and accurate input for management teams. The drive and motivation to develop their actuarial career in a client focused consultancy. Ability to demonstrate a proactive approach in developing consultancy and management skills.
