It is vital that you continue to understand the business vision and how that translates into personal and team objectives; remaining positive when changes occur and engaging your team to embrace those changes.To take advantage of this exciting and challenging opportunity you should have extensive customer service experience teamed with product and service awareness. It is essential you have coaching and people management experience, including performance management (both good and poor).
