Requirements: If you are an ambitious Graduate with a talent for SQL, JavaScript, ASP and VB.Net – this is the ideal role for you! Joining their expanding Business Software Development team, as a Graduate Software Developer / Graduate Applications Developer you will be responsible for working on their software i-GRasp, an application used by the Recruitment Industry. You will be involved in applications development and you will work with the Project Implementation teams to ensure all system customer requests are delivered. You will ensure that configuration and integration of the platform with 3rd party products is carried out effectively. Once comfortable you will also be offered the chance to work on specific projects as the nominated technical lead. This role offers genuine scope for career development and our client is keen to hear from graduates looking to develop their career. At a minimum however, you must have skills in most of the following: - SQL 2005 - (X)HTML, XML, XSL(T) - JavaScript - ASP - VB6 and VB.NET Additionally, as the Graduate Software Developer / Graduate Applications Developer you must have great communication skills, a strong command of English, and a methodical approach to your work. You will also need excellent interpersonal and team working skills, supported by a good understanding or a range of web-based applications.
