Experience: We are looking for someone with a passion for food, who performs well under pressure and is keen to make a name for themselves cooking British and international cuisine from our best sourced ingredients. As well as having a passion for good food, the successful Sous Chef should be ambitious, organised, and proven in man management skills.
Requirements: The successful applicant will be self motivated and have; - at least 2 years relevant experience - a Rosette restaurant background - NVQ Level 1+2 (preferred but not essential)
