The Individual Ideal candidates need to have strong Decision-Making skills - Taking ownership to analyse and resolve problems proactively by making appropriate decisions, taking into account the needs of the situation, priorities, constraints and the availability of necessary information .Adaptability - Taking account of new information or changed circumstances and modifying understanding of a problem or situation then taking the appropriate course of action. You will have good Planning and Organising skills - Retaining objectivity and clear understanding of problems and situations when faced with time pressure and determining an achievable course of action by breaking it down into smaller steps. This will be done by planning these steps, making appropriate allowance for the level of risk.
