Contract: Industry sectors:Accountancy Responsibilities · Maintaining accurate network commission rates in INCA. · Reconciliation of all network related revenue between CPW systems and network invoices. · Developing relationship with UK Finance and mobile networks where applicable. · Develop a thorough understanding of the commercial trading agreements. · Prepare month end journals, enter in Aptos where applicable, and ensure compliance with Group accounting policy. · Ensure all balances on the Balance Sheet are properly supported. · Submit accurate and well-supported claims for unpaid/underpaid income to the local team. · Prepare and develop Commission month end pack within the terms of the SLA. · Perform analysis of differences between network commission due and received to identify initiatives to reduce leakage. · Calculate all provisions and ensure these reflect latest collection rates. · Act as the primary point of contact for local team on all commission matters. · Act as business champion in development of new systems/processes within Commissions team. · Assist other team members and identify/communicate best practice where appropriate. · Ad hoc reporting. The Individual ESSENTIAL DESIRABLE WORK EXPERIENCE Experience within a commercial environment.Experience within a commercial environment in the Telecommunication sector. EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONSGraduate with strong academic record (min 2:1 degree), will consider 2:2 with good A-levels.Part qualified ACCA/CIMA WORK ATTITUDESTo lead by example.To be proactive.Self-motivated.Team player.Good communication skills.Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change.
