Previous experience within a similar role is required. Applicants must be IT literate. Knowledge of Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook would be essential. Duties include sorting of post, arranging meetings, creation and managing customer letters and complaints, managing of the diary, co-ordination of staff events within the hotel and other associated tasks as required.
Experience: 2 years minimum
