Lifeline - A brand name of CPW insurance policy, offering variety of insurance policies for CPW mobile customers Customer Experience - a relatively new department within the Customer Management business unit. It has a remit to enhance the post sales Customer Experience, through a better understanding of customer needs, better processes, better systems.
