Requirements: Ideally the successful candidate would have a relevant degree or BTEC Higher National in civil engineering and would also be either a Chartered or Incorporated Engineer, however candidates with relevant experience in highways and municipal engineering and working towards Chartered or Incorporated status would also be considered. This level of experience is equivalent to that at grade PO1-3 in a local authority.
