The purpose of department is to earn our customer's loyalty and advocacy post-sale thereby extending the depth and breadth of their relationship with CPW. Customer Management is made up 3 core business functions. Contact Centre - Offering post-sale service support to CPW managed customer base through 3 contact centres in UK answering more than million calls and responding to more than 10000 emails / letters every month. Lifeline - A brand name of CPW insurance policy, offering variety of insurance policies for CPW mobile customers Customer Experience - a relatively new department within the Customer Management business unit. It has a remit to enhance the post sales Customer Experience, through a better understanding of customer needs, better processes, better systems.
