Requirements: Skills/Experience required: Strong experience in Procurement within a large scale fast paced Retail Distribution, Production or Manufacturing environment, ideally with experience in Procurement function management as a stand-alone or functional manager for materials and services Functional measurement and improvement in Procurement Proven negotiation and facilitation skills Analytical, data driven approach with an attention to detail Excellent listening communication skills (written and verbal) High dependability - be there to manage the FC procurement function Knowledge of key goods and services used within FCs along with an understanding of the systems and processes used within the FCs Aptitude for problem solving ERP and MRP systems with a preference for Oracle Financials experience Computer literate - advanced knowledge of software programs (i.e. MS Excel, Access, Outlook, Word) Bias for action: Evaluates, acts and communicates in internet time. Decisive. Makes timely, practical, effective decisions.  Takes initiative without being asked.
