Requirements Supporting the Senior Group DM Manager and the local DM Managers in each market in the planning and implementation of direct marketing campaigns and initiatives, liasing with data and managing creative & production suppliers to make sure projects run to time and budget. · Supporting the local markets in the co-ordination and implementation of Upgrade Strategies, Cross Sell marketing initiatives (TalkTalk, ADSL, Insurance etc), and other direct marketing programs in conjunction with other key areas across CPW & TPH. Being the main day to day liaison for the UK based Direct Marketing agencies, ensuring all queries/requests are dealt with thoroughly and promptly, and that local markets are consulted and engaged in all decisions and plans which involve them. Being the main day to day liaison for all campaign activity related issues with DM Teams across Europe. Responsibilities Liasing with Local Markets, Group Marketing, Database Management, Group Customer Management, Group Purchasing, Logistics, PR and other internal departments to ensure DM promotions and campaigns are effectively co-ordinated across the Group. Co-ordinating creative executions and briefing internal and external studio teams. Providing feedback on the accuracy of Campaign Briefing documents supplied to Group DM by the local markets, and assisting local markets in continuous process improvement. Develop and maintain a working log-sheet detailing each of the stage of every task and project and present to manager at weeklystatus reports meetings. Working closely with all Marketing areas to increase the profile of the "Direct" business throughout channels. Brief customer insight on projects to gain customer feedback on market opportunities to improve our current offering - sharing key findings with internal and external customers Ensure CPW and suppliers objectives are aligned Day to day point of contact for external suppliers in relation to marketing Build strong working relationships with the trading team in order to facilitate a "joined up" way of working Ensure trading are briefed and aware of marketing plans for the categories Build strong working relationships with external suppliers e.g networks and manufacturers In conjunction with trading and the marketing teams, plan the trading marketing spend for the mobile and non cell categories, ensuring plans and spend are reviewed on a monthly basis.
